Mortgage Rates Continue to Slide

In a follow-up to a previous blog post we wondered if mortgage rates would continue to decline.  Ask no more.  Last week, we woke up to news stations and the paper touting new historic lows in mortgage interest.  Not in our lifetime have we seen a 30-year home mortgage at 4.57%.  Those people who are ready to purchase property or a new home have an amazing financial opportunity at their doorstep!
